Our Team
Suke brings with him over thirty-six years of experience in the hairstyling industry. "There's no such thing as a bad hair day at Side Street Salon. We don't allow it." In fact, most of Suke's family is making waves (or streaks or styles...) all over the world. Several of his family members are involved in the business in four different countries. It's not unusual for Suke to go on vacation and then spend time working in one of the family salons in Chicago or Australia. Suke has a real zest for life, loves to laugh, and is very passionate about the beauty industry. He is truly fulfilled when serving others.
Maria’s energy and upbeat personality is fun to be around! She attended The Beauty Academy School of Hairstyling and received her diploma in 2019. Joining our team in 2022 her passion for the beauty industry continues to grow.
Maria is skilled in many areas of this industry including cuts, color, and barbering, just to name a few. Thanks to Maria, Side Street Salon will be offering more barbering services soon! Lynn Nicholas , Senior stylist at Side Street Salon. She attended Fanshawe College where she completed her hairstyling program. She graduated in the year 2015 and has been a hairstylist for 6 years. She loves meeting new faces and is a total social butterfly. Lynn enjoys chatting and getting to know new people. She is all about that hair transformation, and is passionate about balayage, fashion colours, and all types of haircuts!

Gaye Hanshall, Senior stylist here at Side Street Salon has been at the salon since it opened. Cuts, colours, perms, when it comes to hair she does it all! She is now part time so has limited spots available!
